Points system sounds good - although, it gets tricky when you encourage people to do stuff. The site'd be worse if it was full of points-grabbers. People should post stuff because they made something awesome, or blog when they've got an experience to share. Counters'd be good though, I'll get onto that. Next to your board posts, have a project count? Or more charts (most fav'd user, all time greatest projects, most commented etcetc.)?

tara: on the versions thing - If someone follows your tutorial on this site, and makes what you made, it should *definatley* be a version! But, what if they adapt (or improve?!) on your technique? Or, if they've been taught a technique or invented it up and ended up with a similar type of thing? I reckon they should still post a how-to, but, some system of 'inspired by' or something might help give you some credit?

The other priority is to keep it simple for new members posting projects - I don't want a million things to fill in just to put up a quick project, but more experienced people on the site need some extra stuff.

I've upped the maximum filesize to 4mb, and there should be a better/more useful error message - if you get one, post it in this thread, and I'll look into it!

Yeah - unfortunatley, deleting an account can be tricky depending on how much you've contributed across the site - it's not something that's easy to do automatically. I'm getting something in place for dealing with editing & deleting projects though.

Having a more obvious way to delete your account will be something I look into!
