Ohh I wish I was Japanese too, it's just so much cooler. I want to dress like the FRUiTS books, eat sushi and pocky, drink bubble tea, take purikura photos for my scrapbook, wear Vivienne Westwood and play with Hello Kitty all day... that would be a dream life.

Yay it was so much fun. I started knitting a purse which I will *hopefully* continue and finish at Stitch N Bitch tomorrow!
I use to use nail polish as paint alllllllllll the time when I was younger, I think that's pretty weird now.
I think the majority of people on here are in the US. I live in Scotland and hardly anyone crafts here, I'm so lonely
Ohh I didn't realize people even considered Stamping (using stampers and ink) a craft until recently. So I guess that I hate stamping as a craft because how creative can you get with a pre-made stamp, ink and paper? It's not even that tricky.
However, I do love it when people make their own stamps, that's cool! Does anyone know where I can buy the clay to make my own from?
Yeah, velcro rocks for super speedy changing of clothes. I like it because it works better than sew on snaps.
I know we all love craft here, but are there any that you particularly hate or get on your nerves?
For me, it's kind of scrapbooking. I like doing it, but I do it more for inspiration and necessity rather than fun and I get a bit annoyed at the amount of attention it gets over other crafts.
Those are great ideas. I'm just taking mine down today (late I know!) and I'll see what I can do with them. I'm keeping all my CO+K card swap ones forever though!
Have you tried browsing the Jewellery category - http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/category/jewellery?
Why not try earrings, they're always quick, easy and satisfying to make.
You can get to it here, it's the knitting 101 video podcast - http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/podcast
I made one for knitting, but I'm not sure what the address is. I'll look in to it and get back to you!
Owe owe owe owe, that looks so sore. Whenever I get something stuck in me, like a thumbtack in my foot etc., I have to get someone to pull it out for me - I hate doing it myself. Ouch.
My most horrific craft injuries have been stitching over my fingers, stitching needles in to my fingers and one time when I snapped the needle and it hit me just below my eye.
Yeah, I'd make holes at either side of the shoe and use jump rings to connect one to another. Good luck with it!
Wow, you knitted all of that this morning?
Argh, I have so many things on my to-make list and my parents are picking me up in the morning, so I have to make everything tonight as I wont have access to my sewing machine, beads or any of my crafting equipment :S
I'll keep a to-do list here so I don't forget:
- <strike>Peanut Butter Cups</strike>
- <strike>Cherry Chocolate Liqueurs</strike>
- <strike>Chocolate Dipped Candied Tangerine Segments</strike>
- <strike>Christmas Pudding Chocolates</strike>
- <strike>Absinthe chocolates</strike>
- Mini Tissue Pouches
- 3 x Watch Bracelets
- Gingerbread Cookies (I'm going to take all of the ingredients home with me)
