    If the title didn't give it away I broke my wrist (rough year) and I needs suggestions for crafts I can do while it heals. I have to use my non dim hand, can't draw, barely glue, no clay or hit this. HELP! I'M ASOSK BORED.! Cry

    you would only need a small button and some clay to press it into, then after the clay dries you use it as a mold to press more clay into. no sculpting required!

    I actually just use dry shampoo to keep it up most days then just don't wash nearly as ofter

    I have warm toned skin so I stick with the warmer nudes:
    The maybelline blushed nudes is amazing
    NYC Lovatics is pretty excellent too, great color payoff
    And the hard candy one (trendsetter palette in birthday suit, its the studded one)

    but I've yet to meet one i really don't like, I have looked at the physicians formula one but it looks gawd awfully sparkley....

    Yeah they homespun is what I recommend for beginners (I teach classes) who are wanting to use eyelash (because nothing will make you hate crochet/knitting more than having to frog eyelash as a beginner). Its good stuff!

    for right now, if we could get 6 people involved I would try to mod, I don't think I could organize (or we may not have enough interest) for something bigger, but it seems like enough people to have a solid swap. I would say if someone wants to participate they need to send me a DM with the following things:

    -Things about DOTD that they like

    -Crafts they admire but can't do

    -Crafts they are wanting to learn

    -any possible dangers (wool allergy, chronic fear of skulls, etc)

    -address so I can forward it to (possible!) swap partner

    If we get 6 people who send me info by September 1st I'll do it. that gives us a month and some change to make and send by DOTD.

    Any questions/comment/suggestions?

    My name is Asherah (formerly Lee) and I'm a nude palette-aholic. Seriously guys, I have like 8, and I want to add 2 more. I think if i hit double digits I'll have to cut my debit card in half. but they are all soooooooo pretty and look so great.

    Whats your weaknesses? Pink lipstick? eyeliner pens? undercover skin products? a hairspray for every situation?

    oooh, I'm super lazy and use ebay. thousands of things direct from china starting at 72 cents. I'm pretty sure my whole scarf collection cost me under ten dollars. and there is a bunch of other fun stuff, I've gotten some cool tops etc for a positive steal!

    other than that....thrift shops are my jam!

    Not entirely sure. I've never modded a swap before.

    I guess if I had to decide:
    Handmade item...(!)
    Supplies(?)

    mostly just sending your swap buddy something that you believe they will like from your conversations and fits the theme.
