Lately I have been looking for a kitchen appliance which will grind up the spices I dry at home, as well as chop up fresh ones. I would also like it to mix but that isn't necessary. So what I've found is a whole bunch of appliances with hazy rules as to what they do and do not do.
Food processors chop and sometimes grind but don't mix?
Grinders only grind?
Blenders chop and mix?
The only thing I've found that claims to do all the is the bullet/rocket type appliances, but after all the confusion with the first three types, I'm not sure I trust it. It's there anything out there that someone knows does all three things for sure? Any recommendations? Or do I have till get all three appliances to get the range I want? I'm on a budget and can't really do that, really if there were something reasonably priced that was manual or hand crank, I would go for that too!
I just need some guidance in foreign territory.

Awesome!!! Looking forward to it! Hope it works
Wilton makes a "no-taste" red, but I don't know if it's any good or if that's just an advertising gimmick.
