I really hope they're able to find out what's going on soon b/c I know that you must be miserable. I had the a similar thing for a month, but it was b/c of my nerves. I've had problems with my lower intestines b/c of surgical scars since 2001 and it can be very painful, but that's a totally different ballgame than the upper GI. GI problems are the worst. Like I said, I've been doing this nearly two years and Rachie is really the first person I've heard of having major issues with the post. *hugs to Rachie* The only thing I worry about shipping internationally is how much it's gonna cost me (and it's really not that bad); I just don't have a job right now so even $3 is a lot to me. lol
Oddbreed, are you in the US? I am. I never have problems shipping internationally really. And I've never shipped anything that's cost $20. I think the highest I've paid is $13 to ship a heavy box to Mexico (for some reason Mexico is one of the more expensive countries to ship to). I ship mine regular first class, always. Rachie is having trouble because she lives in Israel. Don't be scared of shipping internationally. I've had an Etsy store and have been swapping for about two years now and have sent hundreds of packages. I've had one package go missing from my end and one on the senders end. Give it a try and don't be scared. Swapping is fun and we'd love to have you join some!

GAH! Y'all are already sending out? I've got two things made and have gathered up some commercially produced kawaii items to send, but I have like 3 more things to make! I'm in a crafting slump atm. I started a project for this swap today and scrapped it. I don't know what my major malfunction is!
I've been that way for a couple of weeks, but the problem isn't a lack of inspiration. I have two whole pages of projects to work on! I just haven't felt like crafting or drawing. I think it's partly depression and partly burnout. For the past year I've been crafting and drawing non-stop. In August alone, I posted over 300 drawings and craft projects to deviantART. I have nearly 1000 on there and I've only been a member for 13 months! I was able to make a pumpkin plushie for my niece for Halloween today, so maybe I'm getting it back. I just know that I'm really unhappy when I'm not creating.
I got a lovely happygram from Jolanda last week, I've just been so scattered and forgot to post, but I think I thanked her on her profile. I'll be sending out my second one either tomorrow or Monday.
Gunna try to replicate em coz I know I made a mold out of that cabochon, I'll just have to make sure I didn't lose it in the move.
