Next time the price of a stamp goes up...

Remember - it's all down to the crap selection of postcards placed at tantalising intervals all through the post office. All of them are just awwwwful.

I bet the stamp'd be really cheap if they sold loadsa postcards...

As for the price of stamps in the US its freaken insane!! a stupid letter is almost half a dollar to send!! Tongue

I always feel bad that I don't send more snail mail. My mom is a wonderful birthday card sender - has a list for each month - such a dying art. I haven't sent anything in the mail in at least a year. Even pay bill on-line.

Yeah, I like to try and keep the art alive by sending birthday cards, thank you notes and letters to my penpals - it's a shame that it is dying out though, I love receiving mail.

mail is great, until I started knitting I handmade all my birthday and other cards I sent Happy

I love to get letters. It makes you feel good. Somebody out there is still thinking enough about you to want to take out time and write you a little letter. or send you a pretty card.

Now that I own a printer again, I could always type out a letter.... hehehe... seriously I type so much faster than I write.

I've considered making funky collage cards. Maybe on the next trip to the craft store I'll get some blank cards
