I can't remember which, but a politicain said that these yobs should be made to complete a national service type thing and once they have finished they should go and help the community, putting them on a front line and giving them guns would be stupid obviously. I agree with this completely, prisons are like schools for these people they need to learn some discipline and respect and I think only an army type enviornment would do that.
