mate, you've been wearing a bra thats far tooo small for you! make sure you get an assistant thats been working there for a long time, that way they'll know their stuff. my friend had young women measure her, and I think they needed to make sales or something. you should basically get measured each time you buy one. demand to know how long they've doing their job for lol x

Rosie - god I know! It's like I said before they're small so I never thought I could be even be a C until I watched a programme a while ago that said how it doesn't matter how small they are cuz it's not like one size fits all with boobs and bras etc. I only started wearing a B cup last year because As were driving me crazy cuz they had become too small and it's happened again with Bs lol. One of my wires was coming out the other week and I was like 'omg I am now officially a woman'. FINALLY I HAVE BOOBS!

MY family send me over bras as they are quite expensive here. I am a C, but some of the C's they got me are huge! Some are too small. It's very frustrating trying to get a good comfortable bra. I am going to buy a nice one over here pay day and it better fit me!

I never really thought getting a bra for myself would be awkward or I would ever get this uncomfortable! I think nearly all my bras are from asda and they only cost about 3 quid each haha the cups used to always go all weird but now I have boobs that actually fill the cups so they stay in shape! I got a well cute hello kitty one and it doesn't fit! But I want to start getting nicer ones since again there's something to put into the bra now LOL.

Well I think most of mine are from Pennys(the name of Primark in Ireland) and Dunnes, which is a bit higher up than Primark. SO they are not classy at all. You know what I really hate?
Those hugely padded bras that make you look like you have cones on under your top! I swear the bras my mam sent me are like that haha I can't wear them they just look ridiculous!

When I do bra measuring we're taught that you measure the underband and add four if it's an even number and five if it's an odd number, so if you were measured as 30 you'd be a 34" underband, then measure round the fullest part of the bust and an inch bigger is a cup size.

But it doesn't always work and it totally depends who measures you, what you're wearing, what bra you want, which shop you go to, so I've never thought it was useful. Surely you just try on bras until you find the right one?

Here's a tip: if the underband rides up at the back, the underband is too big. I'm a 34 and if I wear a 36 it goes up.

yeah i use my method as a guide then try them on, because its still standard sizing, the only wayy to have a perfect bra is to have it tailor-made for you, which is serious pounds

I bit round my back doesn't go up my back (I know from that programme that it shouldn't go up) but it can't be right if it's on the loosest clasp thing and feels too tight. They don't let you try bras on in the shops!

I think I've just assumed that because of the fact that you can't take underwear back but I think it just applies to knickers.

Yeh I think I would be too embarrassed to try them on just incase they told me off, I am a bit a square you know lol I will try when I go this week Happy
