I'm in this funny situation. Someone at college did something AWFUL to my friend. And I'm sososo angry and I want to kill him but I know I can't but I also know she wants me to haha.
The thing is, she got very drunk at this party and she kept passing out on the floor and this guy kept lying over her and kissing her and stuff, which is a bit awkward but not terrible. But then he picked her up and dragged her round trying to find an empty room, and kept telling people to get out of rooms so they could be alone. The short of it is, he dragged her round this back alley and my friend who was practically unconscious at this point was trying to get away, and he pinned her up against the wall and was putting his hand down her trousers and trying to take her clothes off. This girl's a virgin and obviously didn't want any of this and was telling him that she didn't want to, but he carried on anyway, till another girl came around and caught him.
She's really freaked out now and didn't know he went to our college originally, but now everytime she seems him she gets really pale. I know she's so shaken up by it and I don't blame her. I've been through similar stuff, only different because there was no one to stop it for me, and I know how awful it is. Now I know someone's going to say "She shouldn't have got drunk, it's her own fault" but that is just bullshit, you shouldn't never get drunk in case you get raped. And she hardly ever drinks anyway.
So I need some kind of revenge. I can't let him get away with this. I guess I'm being selfish as well because I'm annoyed that my guys got away with it, and I don't want him to. But I had so many fights in secondary school and I don't want to do that again. But at the same time, I just want to kick him in the face. Fucking bastard. No one hurts my friends like that.
So come on, some clever revenge plans cause I'm rubbish at this stuff and end up resorting to violence!

Virgin or not you'd be terrified its such an invasion and disgusting to take advantage like that, good job she came round and someone caught him. I agree with you, it was him that was in the wrong not her for being drunk.
I've heard stories sort of similar to this it's awful. It's sexual assault man. And you've got that other girl as a witness.

The police would be singing him a different tale, its not like anyones fault for a guy taken advantage of her. And just because she was drunk doesnt mean she was asking for it in any manner.
Yeah but I don't think she really wants anyone to know about it, and I can see why. It sounds silly, but it's embarassing.
It's so sad, she said that when he was tryng to take her clothes off she kept saying "I'm a a good girl, I'm the good one" =(
Aw your poor friend. But i suggest going to the police, though she wants no one to know about it. Because maybe the next girl he does that to wont be so lucky.

I dunno, police are shitty over here with that kind of thing. So many people get away with rape and that, and that's when they've actually done it. I doubt he'd get anything for just trying it.
OMG!?!! They let people get away with raping people? Here is you sexually harass a women, even just staring at her boobs and it makes her uncomfortable, and she presses charges 6 months in jail and a $500 fine. No expections, if gets worse the more you did. Something like that equals a 2 year prison sentence and a fine from $1000 - $10000 plus you have to pay the girl something if she feels like she's been comprised in her way (like if she is now nervous to go out into public because of men) Rape you're in prison for a good long time.

sadly, here, it all comes down to evidence - if there isn't much physical evidence, then the police here don't take much interest. not even CCTV footage stands in court, it's only supporting evidence. Another witness is fine, but all the guy has to say is that there are jealous lovers involved trying to frame him, and without evidence, it comes down to a "one word against another" type case.
I'm not saying that always happens, or that its fair in any way at all - just a sad fact.
I've heard of a man being framed for rape when he didn't do anything, and while he was eventually proven innocent, the women were not punished, and his reputation suffered irrepareably. I'd still recommend reporting him though, just so the police can be aware - if he gets reported by someone else in future, then he will be dealt with. Also tell your friend to get councelling in some form too, nobody should go through what she has.

Write "fuck you" on his front lawn (if you can find out where he lives) in bi-carb soda. It'll burn the grass ,leaving it there for ages!!! Even better if he's still living with his parents!
A lot of rape cases go no where because the victim is too scared or upset or yeh embarrased or there is not evidence but words, which is understandable but so tragic.
can't people get done for attempted rape, surely its sexual assult, and you can get done for that! My stomach does back flips at this sort of thing, it's hard to understand it for me and it makes me sooo angry.
Sex offenders should get life sentences and life should mean life, they only usually give someone life for rape if they've offended lots and murdered the victim. There's been a few people that have been sent to jail for life for attacking, raping and killing women recently.

Something like that happened to me this really huge guy pushed me into the boys bathroom and locked us in a stall. He took it out and wanted me to suck it and he kept pushing it into my stomach. I was pissed. I haven't told anyone about it though its to embarrassing. I like shivi's idea!

Yeah as I said, I've been raped twice and it's horrible, and it makes you feel like crap. I'm so relieved that it didn't get that far with Aureen. Things always affect me much worse if they've happened to my friends though, so this is really bothering me. She seems to be dealing with it though. She knows I'm there for her and stuff. But I mean, it's only a week since it happened so she's not going to be fine yet.
I'm still trying to get hold of the asshole's girlfriend so I can let her know
Oh my god, I think I'm gonna cry, there's nothing I can say at all because nothing would make it better.
I've never had anything that bad happen to me I've either walked away or just sort of ignored them or been pulled away by a friend, you want to punch these arseholes but when it comes to it you don't want to get into trouble, hurt etc.
I'm just so sorry.
I know, I would quite glady rip his balls off but that won't really do any good (except make me feel better)
