Yeah there's this big belief that if you get drunk or if you kiss them or something that you're "asking to be raped". I was told that both of mine were all my fault because I got drunk (although the second time my drink was spiked), and because I liked the guys. But it's still rape if it's your partner or whatever. It's so sad cause the victim should never get blamed for it, it's traumatic enough without being told it's your fault.

Yeah I read this article where this woman said she had accepted a lift home from a guy she didn't know and he took her to a field and raped her, and even though the police found her ripped pants and his DNA on her, they still wouldn't do anything because the guy said she wanted to and asked him not to use a condom (this girl was a health worker AND a virgin).
