Grrrr. NOt only do i have my prom next week and could be on but Im also trying to train for the race for life but it makes me feel all sicky when I exercise o I can't even push myself anymore....meh.

Til the 29th, but i haven't been able to train much til i left school leaving me with about a month to try and run as close to 3.3 miles as possible. I know it's a while off but whenever i try and exercise i feel really sicky...meh.

Just try and build it up gradually, like doing a little bit each day and gently increasing how much you do every day. Then hopefully you'll stop feeling sick Happy

My old (I say old - I'll explain in a min) periods were great, not always on time coz I've got PCOS so I could go several months without one and not know when I come on, but they used to be VERY light and only last about 3 days. However I used to get headache and backache and sometimes stomach ache

Ive been on a diet about 3 months now and since excersizing a hell of a lot more, my last 2 or 3 periods have lasted 7-8 days and have been heavier than usual (probably about normal for everyone else). However the plus size is that I no when to expect em, and I've had no headache, no backache and had a bad stomach ache for 1 day!!

not too bad, but I take pain meds for my arthritis and it covers the period pain
