We love CO+K!!!

It might sound really clichéd, but Cut Out And Keep really has given me so much help, ideas, inspiration, and hearing from like-minded people who also love crafts! Why do you love CO+K? What's the site helped you with?

I love the swaps. The board has been great - like you said sharing worries or observations with like minded people and I am constantly amazed by peoples generosity when offering advice to solving a problem. I also love the projects too as they keep me inspired and posting stuff can be good for the confidence Happy

i love pretty much everything-all the people are crazy and sweet, (creativity cannot exist without crazyness)
the board is awesome, the projects are wonderful, i love snippets and the blog, the whole site is great. its an escapeway to a nicer place, where being crazy is good.

I like that its not a hostile environment... a few of the sites i've been on are full of people who look down on you if you don't know how to do something, here people are willing to help you out! not to mention its like an endless well of creativity ^^

I <3 the crazy free flow of ideas. Like most craft sites I've seen show you have to make traditional conventional items such as curtains or quilts. This is the only site I've seen where you can have such creativitiy in revamping clothing (which I <3!!!!!), felt toys, pimping some shoes and cooking/baking random things like those eyeball cupcake things for halloween!!! People can make things that others haven't even thought of and it is not treated in a judgemental way.

The people also like it, like IanAllyn said, people help one another what and are not judgemental in giving advice about things!!!

The advise is great, the tutes are easy, no one judges, everyone is willing to help you if you need it, the boards are fun and helpful (like a little boost when you need it!) The people I've met are great and polite! Swaps have been fun and noone minds if your are a little late! Happy You guys are all the best!

I initially loved the site because I was able to share my creativity with other people, but the main reason I love CO+K now is because of the amazing life-long friendships I've made. I don't know what I do without you guys. You keep what little sanity I have left in tact.

Oh, my gosh, absolutely! What originally was an addiction to finding new ideas, for me...eventually grew to be a love for EVERYONE on this site. The dearest thing to me, that will keep me coming back, and posting new projects for years, is that no one ever says "That's lame." "I've never seen something so stupid." "What a waste of time." "Boo, that sucks." EVERYONE is so polite and upbeat!! After the crap I have gone through in my whole life, being picked on for being weird or unique or whatever...this is like my digital home. I wish I could live here, sometimes. You guys brighten my day, and give me inspiration for fun things to do with/for my daughter. She loves this site, too, because she gets cool stuff out of it, and yummy treats!! (BTW, we made S'moreos, tonight, and she LOVED them!!) I've been begging my best friend to join, she's way deep into hyenacart.com, which is a selling site. I told her all about how positive everyone is, and she thought that was awesome. I think it's so cool that the more unconventional, nontraditional, etc. a project is, the more love and affection it receives!!!

I love this site too for all the reasons you guys said and then some. We have had a few bad apples with some "not so nice" comments. Not sure if the the site creators tolerate it, but the rest of us sure don't so there have been instances where some of us have complained about negative comments and they were deleted and the member who made them was probably warned about it, don't know really but we usually don't hear from them again.
I have very few crafty friends that are local and are not as into it as much as I am, so this site is as close as I'm gonna get to peeps like myself who like to craft on a regular if not daily basis. I'm here everyday and most of time this is my first stop before my emails and even my shop. LOL Great friends have been found here along with some awesome creations!! LOVE IT!
