Vintage Journaling

OK guys is anything to precious to craft.
I've just been given my great aunts Kathy's autograph book which dates from 1926-1945.
At this time she was a school matron at a private girls school in Surrey.
It's full of hand drawn images, beautiful sketches and poems from that era-including some interesting cartoons that refer to WW2
I've also found her sister's photo album.I've taken images of these photo's.This has life-long images of the family going back to the turn of the century.
Now's the question should I add the images to the album?

Oh wow! That's a piece of art in itself that you own. I'd actually love to see it- being a huge fan of things like that.

I think though that a decision like that would be best for your family to decide on. I personally would be scared to touch it unless my family was ok with it. I'd probably just enjoy it for what it is.

I would opt for scanning the book and then print on special paper and make a scrapbook about your great aunts.

The book is way too fragile to alter.Yesterday I started digitally recording it.The photos have come out ok.
My Great Aunt are no longer with us but nieces and cousins children may well be interested. This could turn into a bigger project

Bring true meaning to the word Vintage! I love oldyworldy stuff like that. I would love to see what you do with the scanned version.
