Cheap, bulk, scrapbooking supplies?

I want to make some small scrap books for Christmas, for my friends, and I was wondering if anyone knew anywhere, either in Australia, or online that will ship (preferably cheaply) to Ausralia?

Hm, wish I could help you out.... scrapbook supplies are notoriously expensive in the USA and I don't know any places in the Middle East... but I'm interested to know as well! :-D
