Favourite Celebrity Chef's?

I'm always searching foodnetwork.com for great new recipes and cooking techniques.

I also watch the food network on tv. My favourite chef/show has to be Giada De Laurentiis.

Even if I am not a fan of what she is cooking, I often find myself watching because she makes things interesting!

Who are some of your fave chefs? What are some of your favourite recipes?

I like watching Gordon Ramsay - especially the series called "Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares" and "Hell's Kitchen" for entertainment.

For me there's no contest here. It's got to be Heston Blumenthal. He is a fantastic (and I use the word in the sense of fantasy) chef who mixes chemistry, science, theme and food. Check out the link. I really like the lickable wallpaper and the gothic feast Happy
