Bumper sticker machine?

I have seen a lot of crafty sticker making machines, but nothing has ever seemed like it will make bumper stickers that won't wash off or fade.

I want to make bumper stickers for one of my Etsy shops and one of the local comic book and card stores, but haven't been able to find a good one yet.

Anyone willing to help me look? I think I could justify spending $80 or less on one.
