Does anybody know how to make leggings?

you can knit them theres a pattern in one of the bitch and stitch books. Not the Happy Hooker one I'm sure of.

You can buy a cheap pair of tights and cut them but only on the seam at the bottom of the foot or they'll un ravel!

Ive been making baby leg warmers just by cutting sock and knee high socks. You could likely make them with knee highs and just cut the heel and toe and take the foot part and fold it in half and stitch it to the leg part.. Its pretty easy. Or are you looking to make actual pants/ leggings?
