cosplay help big time

ok hi i'm mika and i love anime and i love going to anime con and meeting new people and ummmmm i want to cosplay this year i wanted to cosplay at the last anime con but i couldn't make it in time and will i have about 2 months before the next anime con comes and i want to cosplay as amu from shugo chara and i love all of her outfit and it was hard to pick one so i want to make the uniform that she wears and this is how she looks thanks
