Woot Woot! Gonna start brewing mead soon!

So after helping my mom make wine for years, I have decided to finally start making something of my own. And since I'm a huge gamer dork, I have decided on making mead. (Plus it's huge at Renaissance fests)

I can't wait to start! My fiance is taking me to a wine supply store to see if I can find eveything I need. I've already started saving and cleaning the beer, pop, and wine bottles around here (which makes me glad that they don't recycle glass in the college town). I'm even going to have some friends start saving bottles for me.

If my first batch is successful, I will share a tutorial here.

(For those of you who have never had mead before, it's wine made fome honey. It's really sweet with a little bit of carbonation. If you like sweet white wines, definitely try it.)
