What's in your favourite salad?

I've been getting really in to salads recently and was wondering what ingredients you love to put in yours? I'm a big fan of pumpkin, sweet potato, goats cheese and nuts!

I like red onions, grated carrots, white mushroom slices, and my favorite add-in for salad is a sliced hard-boiled egg. Top it all off with sweet vidalia dressing and it's yumtastic.

Maybe some shrimp if I happen to have them.

They all sound so good! I love to add in pine nuts, tuna fish, small pieces of raw onion, and green peppers with whatever salad dressing I have on hand.

In my favorite homemade salad are cucumbers, onions, tomatos, shredded carrots, black beans,corn, bits of bacon, cheese an mixed greens, with ranch dressing. Yum Happy

i tend to just forget about the lettuce element of a salad and just go for everything else..
feta, chicken, grilled scallops, salmon, shrimp, red pep, cuke, grape tomatoes, nuts, dried fruits..etc.etc.
