Needing Yummy Ideas - Oven is broke!

Hey everyone!

I'm currently living with a broken oven so only having the stove, microwave and a tiny grill to make things with! I miss baking so much and today I woke up in such a baking mood!!

Can any of you lovelies recommend yummy sorts of things to be making without an oven?? I've discovered a rainbow cheesecake idea and the chocolate cups/bowls to make but looking for more to add to the list!

Marshmallow rice bars, peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate, buttermints, sea glass candy, and pancakes/waffles made with cake batter.

Fudge, cake pops, french toast with apple and cinnamon (Dutch: wentelteefjes) (you can make these with sugar bread too).

Pancakes/waffles made with cake batter sounds really interesting, Monika!

I've tried it and it works! Though I recommend adding more liquid than it says as mine came out dry.

Mmm that sugar bread is very yummy!

And I have tried a sort of 5 min cake before, mine was also dry but since the oven is broke ill give it another go!

I made pancakes yesterday with yummy bacon, cheese and syrup! Echt super yummy!

not sure if you got your oven fixed yet... but If you have a dutch oven you could try:

I don't have an oven either, the 2nd time mine had broke!, but I get the more fatty ground beef and mix black pepper only into it, grill it and they are the best burgers ever!! Moist and flavorful!!

Really the grill is golden at this point! Brie, Grapes and a baguette always seem to make my day, ill alternate apples and, strawberries. OH! Brie and Strawberry Jam on TOAST is fantastic!!
You could always make your own doughnuts.
