Want a new hair cut

side bangs? and uneven, razored ends?

Um. Wow. To the post above me. No need to be rude. We're a pretty tight knit community and we like to give each other advice. MOST of the time we are helpful without being mean.

Anywhos, you could try to make it a little shorter and see if you would just like a new length. Also, like Undead said you could try a razored cut. You could also try no bangs. Just keep growing out your bangs then do a middle part. I've always loved how that style looks, but I can't picture myself without bangs.

Uh thanks Stacy, no need to be rude. It's quite sad that you used your first and only board post on the site to break down another member who has been on the site for years... FYI, my ends are split because I haven't cut my hair in a while and I bleached it a few days ago.. My bangs are uneven because I was lazy, and yes I do cut my hair myself. This site is a community where we help each other and aren't rude, so I have no idea what someone like you is doing here. In case you hadn't noticed, the boards have different catagories with different topics, not all craft-related, as stated in each catagory's header by the creators of the site.

Yeah, I was thinking of a razored cut, I had one about 3 years ago but since I do my hair myself now and I'm still learning it's grown out completely. I want to cut off about 2 inches to get rid of the split ends.

I've been googling loads of hair ideas and I quite like this one, but I'm not sure if it'll suit me:

I love that cut! I wouldn't be able to stand the bangs that long though. I think it would look good. And if you do get the full bang, but don't think it looks good you could always just brush them back into a side bang.

I recently just got my hair cut a week ago, for the 1st time in 2 yrs! I had to pay a crap load of money for it, but it was so worth it. My hair was mostly all one length like yours. So i had them layer it a lot, but keep the length. It looks LOADS better, and feels better.

My friend just went to 'Great Clips' salon yesterday and got a haircut for $6. Theyre pretty darn cheap there and will do whatever u want, if thats why u dont want to go to a salon. ...i wish i had went there now.

Wow I love that idea for a cut! It looks awesome! I cant believe it looking bad on you Joss! Do it lol I keep wanting to get a new different cut buuuuut I always seem to end up getting the same thing, lol.

Get something very textured! I recently got a hair cut styled like Amanda Tapping as Sam Carter in Stargate SG1 and it's really textured well and fun to play with. I got a new color, too, which really brought the cut to life.

How rude!! And, hello - did you look at the breakdown of the boards?? It's how the forum works. For a community such as this to work, and for regular contributors to stick around, they have to have some sense of comunity spirit, and that comes from congratulating someones kid on good grades or swapping good buys or discussing haircut ideas or moaning about a lazyass boyfriend.
If it was just "hey, good job on that project" we'd all get bored ...

Being the sort who looks for the good in everyone, I'm gonna assume that how your post is reading isn't how you meant it, most folk on here are really friendly, it seems a shame if you ostracise yourself from what's quite a fun place to be involved.

Anyways, back to the hair cut: i think the heavy fringe in the pic would really suit your face shape but I'm thinking it would look way hotter combined with dyeing your hair back to a deeper tone rather than keeping it really blond. Or, following on from Monikas texturing suggestion, a similar shape but quite choppy layers??

Oh, and Ash, I wish I could get a hairdo for £6 - there's usually a 0 tacked on there, and then some!!!

Hey Stacy, just an FYI I'm the Resident Evil on these boards and NO ONE is allowed to be meaner than I would be. And by now I think most people here realize I'm not trying to be mean I'm just trying to peal the band-aid off quickly.

And Rawr. Rawr. I think that hair cut would be lovely on you. You have a very high regal forehead and I suspect bangs like that would be very flattering to your face and frame it nicely. And also- never be afraid of going short-- because it might just be the most liberating thing you'll ever do.
