If there's one place in the world where you can feel completely free to express yourself, get dressed up and meet other fangirls and boys, it's Comic Con! So... dressed in a Batman t-shirt, Crafterella skirt and Pow hair clip, we headed along to the Royal Concert Hall for Glasgow Comic Con.
Taking place as part of the Glasgow Comic Festival, Comic Con gives you the chance to take part in workshops, stock up on comic books and meet your favourite artists and writers.
Whether you're a fan of comics, anime, geeky TV or computer games, there was something for everyone in the market hall with dozens of stalls selling merchandise.
We resisted spending all of our pocket money on Harley Quinn necklaces, brownies and wands so that we could buy some comics and original work from the artists on Artists' Alley.
Though we were tempted to buy everything, we ended up with a tote bag and temporary tattoos from Zu Dominiak, The Bears Band comic from Gill Hatcher and a hand-drawn Flimsy Kitten family portrait from Rachael Smith.
Next up was the Cosplay Competition and we couldn't wait to see everyone's costumes and guess who was who.
Though Deadpool & Kylo Ren put in their best efforts, it was the Disney Princesses who stole the show and took away the first prize.
Our highlight of the day was the How To Draw The Beano Way workshop where we learned how to draw Dennis the Menace, Minnie The Minx, Gnasher and all of our favourite Beano & Dandy characters.
