How did you get started?
"In my mom’s kitchen. I love cooking and I love different flavors from around the world. This led me going to culinary school and from there before I knew it, my husband Vassilis and I opened our first restaurant Taverna Opa—which is an ode to our Greek heritage. Then 9 years later, we created Tapa Toro from our love of Spain and Latin Culture." -Katerina Coumbaros, Owner

"Our restaurant is located at the center of I-Drive 360, Orlando’s new tourism complex at International Drive." -Katerina Coumbaros, Owner
What are your specialities?
"Paella is one of our specialties! One of the focal points of our restaurant is our oversized Paella pit, which is seven-feet wide and include a bar-like setup for guests to dine around." -Katerina Coumbaros, Owner
