When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?
I first started cooking at 10. I made profiteroles from Choux Pastry and it worked! All my family loves to cook with three chefs in the family
What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?
We have just built a new house and the kitchen is much bigger than I am used to. Lots of storage and I’ve thrown away anything that I haven’t used in more than 3 years
What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?
Practice, experiment, not everything is perfect and food always tastes better if someone else makes it (did I say that?)
Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
Yes! I have way too many hobbies. I love to dabble with any type of craft from knitting, sewing, paper craft, etc. My blog is mainly craft, cooking how-to’s and tutorials
Which cooking blogs do you love to read?
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I’m very excited at the moment in developing a Go Make Me magazine App for Newsstand featuring cooking and craft diy, tutorials and how-to’s. It’s a massive challenge to design a digital interactive magazine and I’m hoping the craft community will embrace it when it launches next year
