• 

  Step 1

  Make 2 eye shapes out of thin wire.

• 

  Step 2

  R- 6,p,3,p,3 DNR
  R- 3+3,p,3,p,3 DNR
  R- 3+3,p,6 RW
  CH- 3+3 RW
  R- 3+3,p,3,p,3 RW
  CH- 3+3 RW

  Continue this pattern all the way around the eye, joining all chains to the wire.

  Step 3

  Repeat step 2, joining center picots, where the nose should be.

• 

  Step 4

  Add another piece of wire for the nose connected to the corner of the eyes.

• 

  Step 5

  Cover all the exposed wire using the pearl stitch.

• 

  Step 6

  Add a clover to both top edges, and one upside-down in the top center.

  Step 7

  Tie on a piece of ribbon to each side for the closure.
