Louboutin Birthday Cake

Louboutin style shoe and shoe box cake
The shoe was made from sugar paste and moulded into a shoe shape. The shoe box was made with layered vanilla sponge and covered with white chocolate ganache. A finishing layer of sugar paste was added to give the effect of the brown shoe box. I made this for my niece's 21st birthday as she was also fortunate enough to be receiving a real pair of Louboutin's!!
