• Step 1

  Take the cupcakes and cut off the bumps so that they're left with nice flat tops.

• Step 2

  Place the cupcakes on top of the rectangle sponge cake, so that it's laid out like a lego brick.

• Step 3

  Mix together the frosting with a few drops of red food colouring until it becomes the desirable, Lego red colour.

• Step 4

  Spread the bottom of the cupcakes with frosting and stick them in place on top of the cake.

• Step 5

  Cover the whole cake neatly in frosting and it's ready to serve.

i made a lego cake for my brothers 10th birthday. there was so much cake that we made not one but two birthday cakes! he loved them. and this year i made an advengers cake with captin amiriccas sheld and thors hammer.
