Crustless N.Y Cheesecake You need to let it cool & set in the fridge overnight.
Heat oven 300/150 degrees.
Beat cheese & butter together until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add sour cream.
Mix until smooth.
Add sugar, corn flour, vanilla & lemon juice.
Mix to combine.
Pour into a tin.
Bake in a ban Marie for 2 hrs.
Cheesecake should be golden & just set in the middle.
Allow to cool at room temp.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve.
