I really enjoy strawberry cheesecake. The best part is I made the crust gluten-free.

The smaller ones I made with left over cheesecake and just put a chocolate covered strawberry on top to make it look pretty.

I looks awesome and I love the idea of presenting it with the chocolate covered strawberries and putting a chocolate covered strawberry on top of the mini-cheese cakes.

The mini-cakes would be great for a potluck, carry in or even as an appetizer for a dinner party.
