A four-layer cake delight
This is a Carrot and Ginger Cake with Lemon Cream Frosting that I made for my Daddy's Birthday earlier this year. The recipe is in the book "The Hummingbird Bakery: Cake Days", although I think it calls for orange and I used lemon, but still.
