Thank you I'm terrible at explaining things so if it sounds sketchy let me know ^^" I usually start by blocking out the hair into separate clumps so I know which direction the hair is going to flow, where the light and shadow hits, and then I go in with a tiny brush and work the strands in one clump at a time. It's a long process, but it helps when trying to get the hair to look more loose. As for tablet's I have a Genius tablet I picked up on Amazon for $30. It's on the smaller side but it works for me since I have a tiny work space.
