I loved everything that you sent , and i like all the little animal shaped beads . ive taken all the blue ones out ( teddy , dolphin , buttons . etc , as i think they will go great with the baby album i am making for my cousin )

Hiya Mary, just do you know- haven't received my half of the Happy Gram yet from the last one- but would love to send another!

Hmm, maybe I should clarify one thing: happygrams aren't a real swap. I mean, sure, sooner or later you're going to receive one (or some), but they don't work like a real swap (I send something, you send something, and we both receive).

I try to keep things as even as possible, but sometimes it's hard to match each and every happygram everybody is sending out. For example, when I started sending them out, I sent maybe five or six before getting as much as one back - and now that I think of it, I'll probably never get as many as I've sent out. Not that it bothers me of course ^____^

Happygrams are about making other people happy and brighten up their day - or week. It hasn't happened lately, but sometimes something really bad happens to someone in the forums and we decide to send out a special happygram to that person, even if they aren't part of the swap and they're never going to return the favour.

So yeah, it's all about making people smile here, more than getting something back. I'd be lying if I said everybody of you is going to get one happygram back for each one they sent.

Just wanted things to be clear, I don't want anybody to be disappointed or feel let down.

Hi Mary, well said- I still love the idea of happygrams therefore my happygram for you (obviously Mary knows as she is the organiser ;)) will be winging its way to you soon x

I’m glad it got there okay. I was beginning to think that it got lost in the abyss of envelopes and packages down at the local post office.

Okay no problem, I do understand- I didnt mean it like "I want to get a happy gram" I just thought it did work a little like a swap and that once you sent one you'd also receive one, as the first one I did I sent out and received within the same week, so thought it would be a similar deal. Its no problem, of course I wasnt doing it just to get something in return, sorry if it seemed like I was :s

It felt like a few people were misunderstanding the concept of Happygrams, so I just wanted to clarify a few things. I wasn't addressing you directly - I also received a few messages from people who were upset about not receiving an happygram, so I just felt it was right to stress the non-swap nature of Happygrams.

Just sent out another one- it'll be my last send out for a couple weeks I think as I have a few swaps that all have deadlines for around next week so I gotta get my craft on lest my partners be dissapointed

Those ATC's are mega-cool! I've re-joined the happy-gram train and sent out today.

I also got wadding (I wasn't sure if that was just packaging or included as a craft supply- either way I'll definitely make use of it or a pin cushion or plushie)and a story written by Hayley. Which was really fun! No-ones send me a story before!
