ur best bet is buy a cloak or some webbing and cut it up, failing that, ebay or military stores.
theres only a few really common camo types out there, if u can go for one of them because it will be cheaper, and some are in fleece too. is there a reason u need that specific camo type?

I think DPM is the most common stuff, i tried to find tigerstripe to no avail, couldnt find it anywhere
