I actually sent out my packages on time on the 30th, but I manage to post a teaser just now. Sorry guys. BTW, I'm SO worried about my packages. I went to send three different swaps at once, which are this 4th of July swap, the stationery swap and my newbie/vet swap to Corvus. The employee was talking on the phone, chatting with a colleague AND stamping my packages at the same time. She stamped Pammerz's package wrong twice, before I pointed out to her that Hawaii is actually part of the US (it was clearly written on the package BTW). I also have a feeling she didn't put them into the right box. Oooohh I'm so worried. I put a lot of love, work and effort into those packages and I'd hate them to get lost because of a careless employee. Please let me know as soon as they arrive, I'll be biting my nails from now till I know they've arrived safely!

buhahahaha! Thats terrible! I hope the get everywhere safely also, But in her deffence, my sister came to visit me in April, she asked if she needed a passport to come out! haha She lives on the mainland in the USA. And she is supposed to be the smarter one! lol

I love moonpies too! They are super tasty and come in a few flavors <3 yummm! Anyway I got mary;)'s package today!!!! I have to say that I looooooooooove the letter she wrote me ^_^ I read it aloud to my hubby while we were driving to the store, and we both about died laughing! We love listening to National Public Radio (that has the best unbiased news from around the world) so we deffinetly have heard of your PM! lol We think he is somehow related to our last Prez. Bush! They are like Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dum, just to smiling buffons, who think the world is laughing WITH them, clueless that we are all laughing AT them! Thank you so much for the great pin and flag! My hubby is very proud of his Italian heritage (both grandparents came to America from Italy) So those were great and are now being proudly displayed in the kitchen. The picture of the PM....not so much! hahaha <3

I just realised I forgot to tell you about the Primo Levi poem, it's not really patriotic I know, but it's the first thing that pops into my mind when I think about Italy (and especially my city, Turin).

I'm also glad you liked the letter, I was afraid it was going to be a little too OT, but you know, speaking about your country you can't forget about people ruling it, especially if they're really, really bad rulers!

It's not easy living over here now. You had Obama after enduring George W. Bush, I'm hoping our next President is as good as he is! ^___^

I got my package from Kasia! I absolutely love it. I love love love the tote and pin. Question: is the keychain a mail box? Because ours are NOT that cool! Haha.
