Really I had no idea about the level of the "4th' celebrations out here but last 4th of July we were at friends in Walla Walla the fireworks and the cornfields were some combination. So I thought I'd learn more about it and have a crafty time doing it ! While supplies grabbing at The Corner Bookshop at the library on Thursday I picked up as 1987 US citizenship leaflet for 15p (25c) and an old hardback book called The Establishment 15p ( 25C ) feel a creation coming on.
One of the reasons I was inspired to start making Inchies was because I saw an image of a five point star with inches on it and attached to the ribbons hanging from it.
If any one has seen Iron Man 2 there is the closest picture I've ever seen to an inchies stars and stripes flag at the door way to his lab!
The 4th is really related to the UK anyway......
For our European friends they might just get to understand what all the fuss is about or just celebrate Red,White and Blue :0)

I went to the dentist on Monday-good thing we just sold the house !!! I also wanted to let you know that my bag has been adopted as the carry-all for our new Hybrid Ford Escape and will be going to Yellowstone soon will send you a post-card

Glad u like them! I got my mother-n-law to go by my old address to pick up the mail, but I haven't talked to her yet so I don't know if they got there or not, but I will let you know when I get them.
