Ok, for the newbies of this swap, you have to make a mandatory of nine cards to send of anything you come up with. If you have a veteran partner, then you may receive nine new ones that they made or some from a previous swap with a combination of new ones. Normally, the rule is you send at least 4 of the ATC's you got from a previous swap and make an additional five, but you can send any number combination just so long as it's nine of them.
The send out date is the 29th, but as usual if you are gonna be late, keep in contact with your partner giving them a heads up.

I have had some issues with some people not sending out, and I don't really have a set rule of who can join, but now you have only "ONE TIME NOT TO SEND" then you are banned from future rounds. Sorry, buts it's just not fair to your partner to send and not get anything back. Granted it's a swap and some people don't mind too much not getting anything, but it's the moral of the situation, so I just ask to be courteous and keep your end of the deal. Hey Creative, I never got a message back from Beatrice with her addy.... I sent her mine but she hasn't written back... so should I wait for her to possibly write back/ send hers, or should I send to someone else? Or I guess I could hold my current cards for the next round, to not make the number of people un-even. Help!! ^.^

Sorry Jenna, but let's give her until Sunday to respond, then we can decide from there if someone else goes MIA. Guess I'm gonna have to put stricter rules on this, though I hate to do that. Really wanna keep it fun. but we will see. Again we have to remember though, Beatr!ce is only 12.
