Siobhan, you don't necessarily have to send some of the ones you received, just so long as you send the mandatory nine. It's your choice to send others or not, just like the ones I sent you were all from me. Have you tried contacting your partner? Things tend to come up during swaps, so just message her and she will let you know why there is a delay.

Here are the awesome ATC's I received from Essex Debs. To fully appreciate them they need to be viewed in front of a light source. There are embellishments embedded in the layers of paper! Awesome job! Super original idea!
