handmade doll help!!!!!!

i just finished making a doll out of paper clay. im posting because im wondering how acrylic paint will look on paper clay and also what type of varnishes/lacquer i could use on it to seal it up. possibly for a slight shine.

acrlic paint will work fine, varnish as well. how fun, Id like to see the finished project
