(Very early lol) Christmas Advent help!
I understand how shocking it is to think about Christmas in mid-August lol but I am making 25 felt envelopes for Advent (I'm starting now because I am going to be moving into my first apartment and starting a new job in the next two months and I want to make sure I finish before the end of November)
So anyway, I would really like for this project to not just be about waiting daily for the small treat in each envelope, but also involve the meaning of the season (which to me is appreciating what I have, helping others, love,). I'm looking to put in each day either the overall Christmas story divided into 25 parts or lessons/ morals. All I can seem to find is very religious daily reflections about God and I am not looking for anything that severe.
Thanks in advance for your help!!!!
I don't think it's unusual, i started hunting for christmas present ideas three weeks ago!
Anyway. The interesting irony of morals is that they're a singular set of universal truths as to what is good which no two people seem to agree on.
Regardless, i think doing short moral stories are a fantastic idea!
Here's something i personally treasure to help you out.
