Making A Skirt Poofy

How would one do that? I've already got the skirt fabric but do I just buy some netting and sew bits of it under the skirt or what?

You should look up some patterns, there are various ways to do it. You could just use tulle...or you could make it 80's style....try looking up 80's style....maybe that'll give you some ideas!

Using Tulle could make a skirt puffy. Oh wearing a petticoat underneath perhaps. Like KT said, 80's styles might give you some inspiration

Yeah- Using tule Wil work well to create an under skirt

You could also make the lining Shorter than the Fabric and Sew them together and Make tunnel in between the 2 then Add some Thinish elastic aso it is like a puff ball..... i hope that made some Sence! :L Good luck!
