Fondant
So, I want to make my hubby cupcakes. I was thinking of putting fondant over them to kind of preserve them. He is in Iraq and it takes about 2 weeks for his packages to get there. So my question is do you think with the fondant and vaccum sealing them will it be good when he gets the package?

i've never used fondant but a tip if you want to keep 'em moist ad half a thing af frosting to the batter it makes it stay super moist longer
Fondant doesn't taste good (to me anyway) but I think that it would keep really nicely with the vacuum sealing.
I found a recipe that only uses marshmello water and powdered sugar.
