Does anyone know how to make this?
My mum came home with a presant from work and it was beautiful. The box was handmade and is about 5 inches high with the lid on.
But when you take the lid off, the sides fall down (it's meant too) leaving her with some choccies inside. It is so pretty as it's decorated with proper patterned card and glitter and stuff. I just thought it would be a nice idea for the future. Does anyone have a template or know how to make these?
Thanks in advance!

if you could post a picture of it someone may be able to figure out how to make one
I would if I knew how :S
you can upload it on photobucket and post a link or use the IMG code when you have uploaded it somewhere to post it here ;)
I think I know what you're talking about and I think I know how to make it, but I have a few questions.
-How many sides?
-What are the measurements?
-Is it made from wood or cardboard?
It would take me a little bit to design it, build it, & post a How-To. How quick do you need the instructions? Maybe I could just write the How-to in this post until I can actually build one.

Ok here are some photos of it incase they help.
All of it -
The box without a lid -
And again -
The lid -
Hope this helps. Oh and Lisa H. It is made from cardboard. about 5 inches high and 3 inches in width and has 4 sides, a base and a lid.
Sorry about the massiveness of the photos!!

JessayahX was right. This link is similar to what you're looking for: http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/surprise_photo_box
So is this one: http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/x_mas_x_plosion_box
The basic ideas are the same. You can just change the shape of the sides as needed.
The bow is another story! That's a bit complicated to figure out from the picture but it's obviously an origami bow of some sort. Just enter "origami bow instructions" into your fav search engine and you should find the instructions for the bow too.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, we can help!
