It looks like you just glue the earing thingy to the die. But could it really be that easy??

super easy, use a dremel to drill a very small hole, just big enough for your finding, put some glue on the finding before slinding into place. let dry, then put together any way your heart desires.

i made those type about 20 years or more ago, more, cause i was 25, when i play dungeons and dragons.

Chances are they used a Dremel and other than that, it's regular old jewelry making at its finest. The key to it all is a Dremel, kids.

I really want a Dremel, because at the moment for drilling stuff I'm stuck with a little hand drill and it's a nightmare trying to turn the drill as well as make sure the thing I'm drilling doesn't slip (even when things are in a vice they still slip around all over the place, grr).
But yeah, a hand drill probably would work just as well as a Dremel because I've used it to drill normal dice before, just make sure you clamp the dice down properly before you start drilling!

one thing i learned, buy a corded dremel. the battery operated is ok for some stuff, but you loose torque as you use the battery, and end up getting frustrated.

buy a good one too. well worth the investment.

i think if you drilled a hole in the tip of the die and filled it with glue then stretch out the curled end of the earring holder and sticked it into the glue filled hole it should turn out!
