Help!!! I need to report someone on this site for spam!

All I'm getting from this user that has a misspelled username that sounds foreign is nothing but spam announcing that I can make money by clicking on their link! They keep posting the same spam over and over again! What do I do? There's no report user button, let alone a button to add them to your ignore list! I feel this site is broken because of the lack of an ignore button and report user button on the user's cutoutandkeep page! Help!!!
