Links in the speech bubble by Crafterella (top right corner) don't work

I'm pretty sure it isn't just my computer this happens on, because I've tried it on the computers at college and had the same problem.
When I click on the links in the speech bubble, it says "Cannot find server. The website 'www.cutoutandkeep.net' cannot be found" (which it obviously can, because I was on it about 2 seconds ago before I clicked the link :p).

Yeah I just tried it and it opens a website opendns. Not what its meant to at all.
