need help posting projects

i tried to add my projects. but there's no where to upload my pic or write or anything. tried to add a version of a project already up too. no go. any help would be appreciated.

What's wrong with it? When your logged in do you have a black bar under the pink ribbon? If you do just click on the PROJECTS button and click on
NEW PROJECT. I hope that works.
