How about paper crafts? They're usually easy to pick up, you can just use your unhelpful arm as leverage?

Hi all!
A good friend of mine is trying to get a replacement blanket for her daughter. She's autistic, so it's important that the blanket feels and looks the same, she just needs a bigger size. I've tried looking for this fabric in local shops or online but to no avail - was hoping someone might have seen it!
It's definitely some kind of fleece, not sure if it's polar or micro though
In the manga Paradise Kiss, there's a girl who got given a prescription bottle of sweets when she was little and told they were happy pills, and that when they ran out she could just put sweets in and they would turn into happy pills =)
Not that relevant but I thought it was adorable.
Oh I change. Used to be wool - especially cheap wool, I went crazy for that. Then it was canvases. Then buttons. Now it's normally clothes. But I'm too poor now =P
I customised two jumpers - one I stencilled the two swallows on around the neck, and the other I did a huge lightning bolt on, like the how-to but I just did it with material instead of other jumpers. Looks cool though =)
I really want one of those biker jackets that's like fake leather (they're normally leather but I hate leather so I want a fake one) which huge lapels and a side zip, then like zebra print on the lapels and loads of studs and stuff. I think for my budget though I'm going to have to make one - I'm thinking charity shops to find a jacket for about £15 then craft shop to get studs
I couldn't have one of those cubes - I have to be in JUST the right mood to craft, I'd hate to feel forced into crafting something.
I just try not to overload myself, but if I get a cool tshirt I'm not gonna wear I decide something to do with it then spend the evening doing that, etc. And if I get really stuck and want to do something, I plan birthday or Christmas presents.
Sorry, I'm not being helpful, but do you know anywhere good to get steampunk ingredients? Like bits of clocks and stuff like that?
Apparently you have to be careful with the leather because if it's been treated it'll be poisonous when burnt. Eep! I'm just gonna burn a ton of wooden stuff to take to uni - I like the idea of a personalised chopping board and such
Aaw brilliant, thank you =)
I'm getting a pyrography tool next week and I was wondering if anyone else uses these and has any tips on how to use them and what you can use them on?
I always use www.myvintagecharms.com for jewellery bits. They have some REALLY nice pieces and it's put into neat little sections. It's also reasonably priced and postage is cheap =)
I might try and grab one tomorrow. I couldn't do anything tonight but tomorrow could be cool
I really want to do a painting of Bettie Page but I don't have a canvas =(
I'm making Jasmin's candy cane cupcakes! They have exploded somewhat and I think I put too much peppermint in. Oh well.
