okay. so my sewing machine went all crazy on me. it keeps eating my thread and sticking down in the bobbin.(hay if anyone knows how to fix this it would be awesome ) but my question would be how to hand sew a dress. i have something i was trying to make but i cant figure out a good hand sewing stitch to keep it together. the straight stitch and the overcasting type stitch wasn't working out too well on a i guess i should add STRETCH material. any suggestions??

maybe use thicker thread. i made an outfit and i have a HUGE (like 2 inches tall by at least an inch wide) metal charm on the top and it hasn't fallen off yet

maybe find a regular suit pattern and then modify it a bit

i'm really wanting to make an old shirt into a bathing suit but my sewing machine isn't being very nice >.< that and a needle book because i keep losing my needles in a drawer and then there is the fairy skirt that yet again needs my sewing machine yea a million things those are just a few.
