Waiting...

Is it just me or is it such a pain when you have to wait for things. I made a great cheesecake yesterday but since it's a house warming gift for some friends I have to wait till I give it to them before I can eat it. I really want some it looks so scrummy.

anybody else find waiting a annoying?

My heating broke and we had to wait 2 weeks for hot water and heating to come back on. THEN had to wait in for a man to fix it. All warm now ^_^

If I get an idea into my head I have to do it IMMEDIATELY. But that's partly cause I lose interest in things quite quickly so I need to do it while I still care haha

Yeh I'm the same if I get an idea and then I start to make it, I want it to be finished right there and then, so usually I get bored half way through making something and give up haha

yes I left college 3 or 4 weeks ago and it feels like months, I need a job. I'm waiting around for a veterinary nurse apprenticeship and I got seriously let down on Monday, my friend had been talking to one of the mums of a kid at the nursery she works at who is a vet who was looking to train up a veterinary nurse, she had had 2 applicants already and my friend gave her my cv (well I hope) but she must have choosen one over the weekend because she took one of them on part time and I couldn't help get my hopes up but I did. Obviously it's not my friends fault. So waiting for the council to get back to me on a secretary job (hope hope hope) and I have to keep looking and wait till this company supposedly finding me an apprenticeship gets back to me.

I'm the same as you KK and opposites, I have to finish it there and then and get bored when it becomes like a chore!

Waiting doesn't really bother me, but waiting longer then I expect to drives me insane. Happy I especially hate waiting to meet my mom anywhere, she is constantly 20 minutes or more behindn schedule. Tongue

I'm really bad for being late! It's usually because I don't get up on time or because of buses, I really don't mean to be!
I think it's not so much waiting for me but the fact that I feel very alone in my situation, it's getting me very down I keep being negative all the time and going on about it but I can't help it.

I don't like ordering stuff online, because I have to wait for it to be shipped...whereas if you drive to the store, you get it right that minute! Argh...I want my e-bay stuff to come NOW!

KT I agree, my boyfriend ordered me a present online for our anniversary around the 20th March and it only shipped yesterday! It does say it takes 20 days to ship though, as she makes it herself, but still!! It's a long wait.

would it be wrong of me if i snuck the the animal shelter and grabbed the kitty i want...or should i wait for hubby since he said he was going to get for me! AAAAAAAAAHHHH! THE WAIT IS JUST TOO MUCH! i am so excited..maybe i can go and look and when he gets off work i can call him and have him inquire about the kitty i want. ....waiting....waiting .....**runs out the door**
